When DStv, South Africa's biggest satellite and digital entertainment platform, became one the primary sponsors for Africa's premiere design and creativity conference, Design Indaba, we knew we had to bring something a little different with our brand presence.

Given that there is a heavy focus on typography and illustration at Design Indaba, we decided to parter with a local illustration studio to develop our own alphabet inspired by content found on DStv, that could come to life in various guises at the conference.
